Yvonne Delaney is an academic and industry leader whose career spans senior roles across Finance, Management and the Supply Chain in high-profile organisations. With deep expertise in supply chain strategy, professional education, and organisational development, Yvonne has consistently championed innovation and inclusion in learning.

Prior to her appointment in October 2025 as Director of Grove Institute—part of the 20FIFTY Partners group—Yvonne served as Associate Professor at the University of Limerick, where she was Director of the Management Development Unit of the UL Kemmy Business School; she also led the University’s Supply Chain Pathway as Course Director. Her work shaped the development and delivery of programmes across executive, middle, and front-line management levels, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, resilience, and responsible supply chain practices.

Yvonne’s teaching approach is grounded in Problem-based Learning, fostering critical thinking and applied problem-solving among supply chain professionals. Her research focuses on the development of managers and the transformation of supply chain education to meet evolving global challenges.

A committed advocate for lifelong learning, Yvonne was a key contributor to the University of Limerick’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policy, helping to create inclusive pathways for experienced professionals to access higher education through non-traditional routes.

She currently serves on the Academic Advisory Board of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), where she contributes to shaping the global research agenda and advancing thought leadership in supply chain education and practice.

As Director of Grove Institute, Yvonne leads the strategic direction of this emerging Third Level college, working with industry partners to design and deliver bespoke programmes that respond to emerging trends and workforce needs in Ireland and internationally.

She also serves as President of IPICS, the Supply Chain Management Institute, where she drives national initiatives to advance professional standards and promote sustainable, future-ready supply chain leadership.

Through 20FIFTY Partners’ centre approval, we offer Award, Certificate and Diploma programmes at Level 6 Leadership & Management and Level 7 Strategic Leadership & Management.

ISEP - Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (formerly IEMA)

20FIFTY Partners is an authorised training provider with the Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP). Through this approval, we offer a suite of sustainability programmes, including Environmental Sustainability Skills for Managers and the Workforce, and Introduction to Net Zero.

ISEP formally approved our Certificate in International Water Stewardship in December 2024.

ISEP is a global membership body that sets professional standards for sustainability practitioners, providing recognised certifications that support environmental, societal, and economic positive change.
