The Learning Experience

  1. Apply core principles and standards of water stewardship to mitigate risks and improve usage practices. 
  2. Develop high-level water stewardship priorities. 
  3. Create a water map for and visualise significant water users (SWUs). 
  4. Analyse water bills to identify baseline use and costs of SWUs. 
  5. Establish meaningful water-related KPIs. 
  6. Discuss the importance of water stewardship. 
  7. Report on water use on an ongoing basis to measure progress. 
  8. Present a water stewardship plan to senior management for approval.

Assessment

Learners must complete an assessment consisting of a Project (80%) and a Skills Demonstration (20%). A pass rate of 50% is required to achieve certification.

This course is ISEP certified and certificates are provided by ISEP to learners who have successfully completed this course.

Who is this Programme for?

There are no formal entry requirements; however, it is strongly preferred that the learner is in a practising role that will allow them to understand the areas explored throughout the course deeply.
